We have just spent a couple of days with good friends in Falmouth, Cornwall. It is the Falmouth Festival week with lots of stuff going on and lots of visitors. Last night the Red Arrows came in and did a display over the river Fal – so precise is their flying. Here are a few photos:

we went there yesterday to go and buy threads from an Indian lady who sells very reasonably priced Coats Moon sewing thread. It was closed – we didn’t know It is always closed on Wednesdays. This is what it looks like today and unfornately my Indian lady has here stall on the right of the picture, very close to the worst bit. Not good for her. Photo snapped from the BBC news.
